Setting up your artwork
Our supplied templates are supplied for you at 10% of the final print size in a high resolution eps or pdf format.
Artwork should be created at 300dpi at 10% of the size of the final print.
All text should be converted to outlines.
Artwork should be supplied on our templates using a vector software if possible.
All logos should be supplied as vector files – eps, pdf or ai.
Photographs to be supplied at original size and 300dpi.
All printing is done using CMYK on a large format printer.
Pantone Colours / PMS can be supplied they will be converted to a CMYK breakdown for digital printing. While we make every effort to match PMS colours, slight variation in colour will occur.
Please state to our Graphics Coordinator if you require colour matching to either a PMS colour or a physical sample.
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are used in our design and print process. Using these programs is preferable and helps with maintaining quality of the final print process.
Using similar software is possible if the end file is a format is compatible with Photoshop or Illustrator.
EPS or high resolution PDF files are the files of choice but we can also accept AI, TIFF, PSD format files although they tend to be extremely large and can sacrifice quality if not formatted properly.
High resolution artwork should be placed on our supplied template files on a layer separate from the actual template.
When finalising a layout, make sure any linked files are embedded and fonts are converted to outlines.
Bleed is not required for any of our printed products.
Care should be taken were stitch lines are indicated, please avoid putting text and fine detail in these areas.
Full Walls and artwork visibility: Please keep in mind the top edge of the wall is positioned inside the marquee and the edges of walls fold around marquee legs. Be sure to place your artwork outside these areas as indicated on the templates.

Alternatively save all files (including fonts, logos and EPS files) to a CD or DVD.
